Hello, I’m Cailie, the primary caregiver at my in-home childcare. Occasionally, my husband, Shawn, and our children lend a helping hand while our pup joins the fun, adding to the lively and welcoming atmosphere. Outside of childcare, our family stays busy with sports, Girl Scouts, and school activities.

My journey in childcare began at a younger age, babysitting for family, friends, and neighbors. Over the years, I’ve worked as a lead preschool and toddler teacher and assistant director at a childcare center. In 2011, I opened my licensed in-home childcare to create a nurturing, safe environment for children and be more present in my child daily life.

I take a teacher-guided, child-led approach to early education, blending my Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and ongoing professional development to support a curriculum rooted in best practices. I incorporate themes inspired by holidays and seasons while fostering independence and growth through play. By providing tools for exploration and allowing children to take the lead, I create a mutual learning experience where I share my expertise, and they inspire me with their curiosity and creativity.

To ensure quality care, I keep small group sizes, allowing me to focus on each child’s needs. I prioritize outdoor activities to encourage motor skill development, peaceful interactions with nature, and opportunities for lively play. Gardening and nurturing a live butterfly habitat are among our favorite seasonal activities.

It’s an honor to be entrusted with the care of children. My home is a place where every family is valued, respected, and supported. I look forward to the next family that joins our group.

Testimonies
We take our son to Miss Cailie’s and not only does he love it there, but we love and trust that he’s in the best care! Cailie has a curriculum/structure and we can see the difference it makes when he’s at home which makes it easy for us to continue that. She’s not a babysitter, she’s there to teach and grow the kids! He also comes home with a different arts/crafts daily which is an added bonus seeing as we don’t always have time for those things during the week. We love Miss Cailie’s!

Best daycare ever!!! Cailie is not just a friend & a daycare provider, she is a 2nd mom to my two year old son. My oldest was always in public daycares and there is no comparison. You want your someone to love your children like you do, Cailie is the one for you. Kids are her passion

Callie watched my 2 year old for about a year and I couldn't say enough good things about our experience with Cailie Lynn Jones. Sully always looked forward to going to Cailie's so he could see all his friends and work on "projects" with Cailie. Rain or shine Cailie would take the kids on walks to the park and play outside with them. I would definitely recommend Cailie to anyone that is looking for safe, clean, and well priced childcare!!
