Hello, I’m Cailie, the primary caregiver. My husband, Shawn, our kids, and even our friendly pup joins in, adding to the warm, family-centered environment. Outside of childcare, we stay busy with sports, family, and friends.

                   I’ve worked with children most of my life—starting with babysitting, then becoming a lead preschool/toddler teacher and assistant director. In 2011, I opened my licensed in-home childcare to create a safe, nurturing space while being more present for my own child.

                   My approach is teacher-guided and child-led, supported by my AA in Early Childhood Education and ongoing training. I blend seasonal themes with play-based learning, encouraging independence, exploration, and creativity.

                   With intentionally small group sizes, I’m able to meet each child’s individual needs. We spend plenty of time outdoors, developing motor skills, connecting with nature, and enjoying activities like gardening and caring for our butterfly habitat while building independence.
