Hello, I'm Cailie, the primary caregiver for the children, and sometimes my husband Shawn and our own kids lend a helping hand. We have a well-trained pitbull that happily joins the children in our bustling childcare setting. Both our kids are actively involved in sports, Girl Scouts, and other school activities. Once the childcare doors close for the day, we're always on the go!
My journey with children began at the age of 10 when I started babysitting for my parent's friends and neighbors. Throughout the years, I've always been drawn back to childcare, working as a lead preschool teacher, lead toddler teacher, and assistant director in a childcare center. In 2011, I took the leap and started my licensed in-home childcare. I did it because I couldn't find suitable options for our family and wanted to be more present in my son's daily life. I also loved the idea of being my own boss and providing a safe place for children while their parents were away working. Currently, I'm working towards earning my AA in early childhood education, along with ongoing education to uphold my license as required by the state.
When it comes to the children's preschool education, I follow a teacher-inspired, child-led approach, incorporating themes based on holidays and seasons. Our home is filled with love, and I encourage children to grow and learn through play while developing their independence at each age level. As a teacher, my role is to provide the tools and then follow the child's lead to reach the desired outcome. It's a mutual learning experience – I share my knowledge as an adult, and they amaze me with their curiosity about the world around them. I deliberately keep my group size small to ensure I can spend quality one-on-one time with each child throughout the day, meeting their individual needs with compassion. I'm passionate about getting the children outdoors as much as possible because I've learned that nature brings them peace and helps develop their motor skills while allowing them to be as loud and lively as they want. We also love gardening and enjoying the fruits of our labor, starting with indoor planting at the first signs of spring and having our very own live butterfly habitat.
It's a blessing when parents choose my family and me to care for their children, and I'm forever grateful for the trust they place in me. Every family that enters my home will be assured of being loved, respected, and cherished as unique individuals.

Testimonies
We take our son to Miss Cailie’s and not only does he love it there, but we love and trust that he’s in the best care! Cailie has a curriculum/structure and we can see the difference it makes when he’s at home which makes it easy for us to continue that. She’s not a babysitter, she’s there to teach and grow the kids! He also comes home with a different arts/crafts daily which is an added bonus seeing as we don’t always have time for those things during the week. We love Miss Cailie’s!

Best daycare ever!!! Cailie is not just a friend & a daycare provider, she is a 2nd mom to my two year old son. My oldest was always in public daycares and there is no comparison. You want your someone to love your children like you do, Cailie is the one for you. Kids are her passion

Callie watched my 2 year old for about a year and I couldn't say enough good things about our experience with Cailie Lynn Jones. Sully always looked forward to going to Cailie's so he could see all his friends and work on "projects" with Cailie. Rain or shine Cailie would take the kids on walks to the park and play outside with them. I would definitely recommend Cailie to anyone that is looking for safe, clean, and well priced childcare!!
